A new luxury travel concept is scheduled to launch in Tuscany in 2026, aiming to transform the region’s hospitality sector. Chianti Living, a development project located in the heart of the Chianti wine region, is set to offer a distinctive blend of high-end accommodations and immersive local experiences.
Chianti Living Project Details
Chianti Living is being developed across a 100-hectare estate surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The project will feature a collection of private villas, boutique hotel suites, and exclusive residences. According to project representatives, the accommodations are designed to combine modern amenities with traditional Tuscan architecture.
The development will also provide guests with access to curated experiences, including wine tastings, culinary workshops, and guided tours of the surrounding countryside. A dedicated concierge team will be available to arrange personalized itineraries for visitors.
Focus on Sustainability and Local Integration
Sustainability is a central element of the Chianti Living initiative. The project is implementing eco-friendly construction practices and renewable energy solutions. In addition, the development aims to support the local economy by partnering with regional producers and artisans.
The estate’s vineyards and olive groves will supply ingredients for on-site restaurants and culinary programs. Guests will have opportunities to participate in seasonal harvests and learn about traditional agricultural methods.
Anticipated Opening and Reservations
Chianti Living is expected to open its doors in 2026. Reservations are projected to become available in late 2025, with further details to be announced as the opening date approaches.
