Regent Seven Seas dining (https://www.rssc.com) has officially unveiled Cento, a luxurious new Mediterranean restaurant concept set to debut aboard its upcoming ship, Seven Seas Grandeur. Designed to reflect the rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean region, Cento promises guests a refined, ingredient-driven dining experience unlike anything previously offered by the cruise line.
The name Cento, which means “one hundred” in Italian, symbolizes the brand’s commitment to precision and perfection—delivering 100% excellence in every detail. The menu draws inspiration from iconic coastal cuisines, including those of Italy, France, Spain, and Greece, highlighting fresh seafood, artisanal pastas, and bold Mediterranean flavors.
Signature dishes will include salt-crusted branzino, saffron-infused risotto, and lamb shoulder cooked to melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Wine pairings will showcase renowned Mediterranean vineyards, curated to enhance each meal. In addition to its elegant dishes, the restaurant’s ambiance will evoke the sophistication of a European seaside resort, complete with rich textures, warm lighting, and panoramic ocean views.

The Seven Seas Grandeur, set to join the fleet in November 2025, will be the first to offer this exclusive culinary concept. As part of Regent’s ongoing focus on elevating the onboard luxury experience, Cento is expected to become a hallmark of the brand’s future culinary identity.
Jason Montague, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, said: “Cento is more than just a new restaurant. It’s a celebration of Mediterranean heritage and artistry, designed to transport our guests through taste, aroma, and atmosphere.”
