Marriott International’s high-end lifestyle brand, Edition, is preparing to launch its inaugural property in Texas. The new hotel is scheduled to open in Fort Worth, marking the brand’s initial entry into the state.
The Fort Worth Edition will be located at 101 W. 5th St. in downtown Fort Worth. The property will feature 160 guest rooms and suites, along with a signature restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a pool. Additional amenities will include event spaces and a fitness center.
According to Marriott, the project is being developed in partnership with Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate and will be managed by Edition. The hotel is expected to open in 2026.

The Edition brand, launched in 2013, currently operates hotels in cities such as New York, London, Miami Beach, and Tokyo. The Fort Worth Edition will be the first in Texas and the 20th globally.
