Langham Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of a new executive to oversee its operations in the United States.
The company revealed that Brett Butcher will take on the role of managing director for the group’s U.S. properties. Butcher is set to supervise all aspects of the company’s hotels in the region, which include The Langham, Chicago and The Langham Huntington, Pasadena, among others.
Butcher previously served as chief executive officer of Langham Hospitality Group and brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry to his new position. In his new capacity, he will focus on enhancing operational performance and guest experiences across the U.S. portfolio.
Langham Hospitality Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, operates luxury hotels and resorts worldwide. The group stated that this leadership change is part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening its presence in the North American market.
