The move brings back the world’s first and largest luxury hotel brand to the capital, following the closure of the previous InterContinental Manila in 2015.
IHG to Open New InterContinental Property in Makati
The new InterContinental Manila is set to open in Makati, the city’s central business district. The upcoming hotel will be located within the One Ayala Avenue development, a mixed-use complex that includes office spaces, retail outlets, and transport facilities.
