Hotel Equities has announced it will oversee operations at a boutique hotel located in Santo Domingo, the capital city of the Dominican Republic.
The company will manage the El Embajador, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, which is situated in the heart of Santo Domingo. The property features 298 rooms and suites, along with a variety of amenities including a spa, outdoor pool, and multiple dining options.
Brad Rahinsky, President and CEO of Hotel Equities, stated, “We are excited to expand our presence in the Caribbean with the addition of this iconic hotel in Santo Domingo.” He added that the company looks forward to working alongside the hotel’s ownership group to enhance guest experiences and operational performance.
The El Embajador hotel is recognized for its historical significance and has hosted a number of notable guests since its opening in 1956. The property is part of the Royal Hideaway Luxury Hotels & Resorts brand.
Hotel Equities currently manages a diverse portfolio of hotels throughout the United States and internationally. The company’s expansion into the Dominican Republic marks a further step in its growth strategy within the Caribbean region.
