Columbia Hospitality has announced it will take over management responsibilities for Hotel 1000, a luxury hotel located in downtown Seattle. The transition in management is set to take effect immediately, according to statements released by the company.
Hotel 1000, situated at 1000 First Avenue, is recognized for its upscale accommodations and amenities. The property features 120 guest rooms, a full-service spa, and a signature restaurant. Columbia Hospitality, a Seattle-based hospitality management firm, will oversee all operations at the hotel.
“We are excited to welcome Hotel 1000 to our portfolio,” said John Oppenheimer, CEO of Columbia Hospitality. “Our team is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the hotel’s continued success in the Seattle market.”
The hotel previously operated under the Loews Hotels & Co. brand. With Columbia Hospitality now at the helm, the company plans to maintain the property’s luxury standards while introducing new service enhancements. No immediate changes to staffing or guest services have been announced.
Hotel 1000 is known for its modern design and central location, offering guests convenient access to Seattle’s waterfront, Pike Place Market, and other downtown attractions. The hotel’s amenities include a golf simulator, event spaces, and in-room technology features.
Columbia Hospitality manages a range of hotels, resorts, and conference centers throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. The addition of Hotel 1000 expands the company’s presence in the Seattle hospitality market.
