InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has revealed its intention to establish a Six Senses resort in southern Utah, marking the brand’s debut in the region. The new property is set to be located near the city of Kanab, offering guests access to the scenic landscapes of the area.
Resort Features and Location
The upcoming Six Senses resort will be situated on a 1,110-acre site, providing views of the surrounding red rock formations. The development will include 50 guest accommodations, comprised of suites and standalone villas. Plans also call for a range of wellness amenities, including a spa, fitness center, and outdoor yoga spaces.
According to IHG, the resort will be designed to blend with the natural environment, utilizing sustainable building practices and materials. The property will also feature an organic farm, which will supply ingredients for the on-site restaurants.

The Six Senses resort in southern Utah is expected to open in 2026. IHG stated that the project aligns with the brand’s focus on wellness, sustainability, and immersive guest experiences.
