A new boutique hotel is scheduled to open its doors in East Nashville in March, bringing additional lodging options to the area.
The forthcoming hotel, named The Gallatin, is located at 2510 Gallatin Ave. The property will feature 25 rooms and is being developed by Anchor Investments, a Nashville-based real estate investment firm.
According to Anchor Investments, The Gallatin is designed to provide a unique guest experience, with each room offering distinct décor and amenities. The hotel will also include a lobby area, communal spaces, and a self-check-in process for guests.
“We’re excited to bring a new hospitality concept to East Nashville,” said Micah Lacher, president of Anchor Investments. “Our goal is to create a memorable stay for visitors while contributing to the neighborhood’s vibrant atmosphere.”
The Gallatin is situated near several local restaurants, music venues, and shops, making it accessible for travelers seeking to explore the neighborhood. The developers indicated that the hotel’s location was selected to appeal to both leisure and business travelers visiting the city.
