Hotel Indigo, a brand under IHG Hotels & Resorts, has announced plans to launch a new property in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. The hotel is expected to open its doors in 2026, marking the brand’s debut in this rapidly developing area.
Location and Features
The upcoming Hotel Indigo Cairo New Administrative Capital will be situated in the heart of the city’s business district. The property will feature 200 guest rooms, several dining options, and a range of amenities designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers. Facilities will include meeting spaces, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
Development Partnership
This project is being developed in partnership with Al Batal Developments. The collaboration aims to bring a new standard of hospitality to the New Administrative Capital, which is positioned as a major hub for government, business, and culture in Egypt.
