Skin Worldwide, founded in 2003 by Susan Beischel, is known for its range of loungewear, sleepwear, and accessories. The brand has built a reputation for using natural fabrics and prioritizing comfort in its designs. Its products are available through high-end retailers and its own online platform.
Vandale stated that the acquisition aligns with its strategy to expand its portfolio in the luxury and lifestyle market segments. The company indicated that Skin Worldwide’s management team will remain in place to oversee daily operations and maintain the brand’s direction.
