A new Waldorf Astoria luxury hotel is set to be constructed as part of the Deer Valley East Village development, according to an announcement made on Wednesday.

The upcoming Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley will offer 154 guest rooms and suites, along with 23 branded residences. The hotel will provide ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort and is expected to include a range of amenities such as a spa, fitness center, outdoor pool, and multiple dining venues.
Development Plans and Timeline
This hotel will be a key component of the Deer Valley East Village, a project currently under development by Extell Development Company. The East Village is planned to feature new ski lifts, residential units, retail spaces, and additional hospitality offerings. Construction on the Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley is scheduled to begin in 2025, with the opening anticipated for 2027.
