Appellation Healdsburg has been accepted into the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) collection, according to an announcement made on Thursday. The hotel, located in Healdsburg, California, is scheduled to open in late 2025 and will be the first property from the Appellation brand to join the SLH portfolio.
SLH is recognized for its curated selection of independent luxury hotels around the globe. The addition of Appellation Healdsburg is part of the brand’s ongoing expansion in the United States. The hotel will offer 108 rooms and suites, with amenities including a rooftop pool, spa, and several dining options.
Appellation, co-founded by chef Charlie Palmer and hotelier Christopher Hunsberger, aims to blend culinary experiences with hospitality. Palmer stated, “We are excited to join Small Luxury Hotels of the World and look forward to welcoming guests to experience the best of Sonoma County.”
Hunsberger added that the partnership with SLH will help the property reach a broader audience of travelers seeking unique and high-quality accommodations. “Our collaboration with SLH aligns with our commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences,” he said.
