Raising Cane’s, a fast-food chain specializing in chicken fingers, is preparing to open a location in St. George. The restaurant, known for its limited menu focused on chicken fingers, Texas toast, coleslaw, crinkle-cut fries, and Cane’s Sauce, is under construction at 1333 S. Auto Mall Drive. The company has not yet announced an official opening date, but signage is visible at the site and hiring is underway.
Raising Cane’s has developed a strong following in other markets, with customers often lining up for grand openings. The St. George location will be the chain’s first in Southern Utah.
