Fine Dining Restaurant Group has unveiled a new range of food and beverage options at Jackson Hole Airport, aiming to enhance the dining experience for travelers passing through the terminal.
Expanded Food and Beverage Services
The group, known for its presence in the Jackson Hole area, has launched two new concepts at the airport: Jedediah’s at the Airport and the Hole in the Wall Grab & Go. These additions are designed to provide both sit-down and quick-service options for passengers.
Jedediah’s at the Airport offers a full-service dining experience, featuring a menu that highlights locally sourced ingredients and regional specialties. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with dishes such as bison burgers, trout, and fresh salads available to guests.
The Hole in the Wall Grab & Go caters to travelers seeking a faster option, providing a selection of sandwiches, snacks, and beverages that can be taken on board flights or enjoyed in the terminal.
Commitment to Local Sourcing
According to Fine Dining Restaurant Group, the new airport venues emphasize the use of ingredients from local producers. The company stated that this approach supports the regional economy and offers visitors a taste of Wyoming’s culinary landscape.
“We are excited to bring our passion for food and hospitality to Jackson Hole Airport,” said Gavin Fine, co-founder of Fine Dining Restaurant Group. “Our goal is to deliver a memorable dining experience that reflects the unique character of the area.”
Enhancing the Traveler Experience
Jackson Hole Airport officials noted that the addition of these new dining options aligns with efforts to improve amenities for passengers. The airport, which serves as a gateway to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, sees significant seasonal traffic from tourists and business travelers.
The new food and beverage concepts are now open and available to all ticketed passengers at Jackson Hole Airport.
