The group, known for its presence in the Jackson Hole area, has launched two new concepts at the airport: Jedediah’s at the Airport and the Hole in the Wall Grab & Go. These additions are designed to provide both sit-down and quick-service options for passengers.
Jedediah’s at the Airport offers a full-service dining experience, featuring a menu that highlights locally sourced ingredients and regional specialties. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with dishes such as bison burgers, trout, and fresh salads available to guests.
The Hole in the Wall Grab & Go caters to travelers seeking a faster option, providing a selection of sandwiches, snacks, and beverages that can be taken on board flights or enjoyed in the terminal.

According to Fine Dining Restaurant Group, the new airport venues emphasize the use of ingredients from local producers. The company stated that this approach supports the regional economy and offers visitors a taste of Wyoming’s culinary landscape.
