Nobu Hospitality has announced plans to rebrand the Avenue Bellevue residences and introduce its first restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. The company revealed that the Avenue Bellevue project, located in downtown Bellevue, Washington, will now feature Nobu-branded residences and a Nobu restaurant.
New Nobu Residences and Restaurant in Bellevue
The Avenue Bellevue development, a mixed-use project, will include 98 Nobu Residences within its South Tower. These residences are set to be the first Nobu-branded homes in the region. In addition, the project will house a 155-room Nobu Hotel and the brand’s inaugural restaurant in the Pacific Northwest.

Project Details and Timeline
The Avenue Bellevue project consists of two towers and is situated at the intersection of Northeast 8th Street and Bellevue Way. The development will also include retail space, additional residences, and amenities. Construction of the South Tower, which will house the Nobu Residences and hotel, is currently underway. The opening is anticipated for 2025.
