The Italian restaurant, named Osteria by Fabio Viviani, is being developed by the Chicago-based DineAmic Hospitality group. The venue will offer seating for approximately 200 guests and is expected to open in early 2025. Fabio Viviani, a chef and restaurateur known for his appearances on “Top Chef,” is leading the restaurant concept.
Residential Component
The residential portion of Monon Square North will consist of 35 luxury condominiums. Units will range in size from 1,300 to 3,000 square feet. Pricing for the condominiums is anticipated to start at $700,000, with several units already under contract, according to the developer.
Additional Amenities
Residents will have access to amenities including a fitness center, a rooftop terrace, and private parking. The development is located adjacent to the Monon Trail, providing convenient access to outdoor recreation and nearby retail options.
Project Timeline
Construction began in late 2023, and the development team expects the project to be completed by summer 2025. The restaurant is scheduled to open before the residential units are finished.
