Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas, a luxury hospitality brand supported by the White Lotus Group, has announced plans to establish its inaugural U.S. property in Miami. The new hotel is set to open in 2027, marking the company’s entry into the American market.
Miami Selected as Debut Location
The upcoming Anantara Miami Beach will be situated in the city’s South Beach district. The project is a collaboration between Anantara and Miami-based developer OKO Group. According to the announcement, the hotel will occupy a 22-story building located at 1755 Collins Avenue, with direct access to the beach.
Property Features and Offerings
The planned hotel will feature 231 guest rooms and suites, along with 24 private residences. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, a spa, and multiple dining venues. The property is also expected to offer event spaces for meetings and social gatherings. Anantara stated that the design will reflect Miami’s Art Deco heritage while incorporating contemporary elements.

Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels, which operates the Anantara brand, commented, “We are excited to introduce Anantara’s unique luxury experience to the United States, and Miami is the ideal location for our debut.” Vladislav Doronin, CEO of OKO Group, added that the project aims to set a new standard for hospitality in Miami Beach.
