Oceania Cruises® has announced the debut of La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, described as the most exclusive fine dining restaurant available on the ocean. This new culinary venue is set to open on the line’s newest ship, Vista, and will later be introduced on the upcoming Allura, scheduled to launch in 2025.
Collaboration with Renowned French Culinary Organization
La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France is the result of a partnership between Oceania Cruises and the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, a prestigious association of French chefs. The restaurant aims to deliver an elevated gastronomic experience, featuring a menu curated by distinguished chefs from the organization.
Exclusive Dining Experience
The restaurant will offer a seven-course tasting menu, which will be available to a limited number of guests each evening. According to Oceania Cruises, the menu will showcase classic French cuisine, prepared with premium ingredients and accompanied by wine pairings selected to complement each course.
Leadership and Culinary Direction
The culinary direction for La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France will be overseen by Oceania Cruises’ Executive Culinary Director, Chef Alexis Quaretti, who is himself a member of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France. Chef Quaretti stated, “We are honored to collaborate with the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France to create a dining experience that celebrates the artistry and tradition of French gastronomy.”
Reservations and Availability
La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France will be available exclusively to guests sailing aboard Vista and, beginning in 2025, on Allura. Reservations will be required due to the restaurant’s limited seating capacity.
