A newly opened hotel in Beverly Hills is aiming to provide guests with the luxury and glamour associated with the area, but at more affordable rates. The establishment, which began welcoming visitors this week, is targeting travelers who want to experience the renowned neighborhood without the high price tag typically linked to its hotels.
The property features 150 rooms and is situated near the iconic Rodeo Drive shopping district. According to hotel management, nightly rates start at $199, which is below the average price for accommodations in the area. The hotel includes amenities such as a rooftop pool, fitness center, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
General Manager Lisa Hernandez stated, “We want to make Beverly Hills accessible to a wider range of guests. Our goal is to offer the signature style and service of this neighborhood at a price point that is more attainable.”
The hotel’s design incorporates modern elements while referencing classic Hollywood influences. Guest rooms are equipped with smart TVs, minibars, and premium linens. The lobby features artwork inspired by local history and culture.
In addition to leisure travelers, the hotel is also marketing itself to business guests. There are two meeting rooms on site, as well as a business center and valet parking. The hotel’s restaurant serves California-inspired cuisine and offers both indoor and outdoor seating.
According to the Beverly Hills Conference & Visitors Bureau, the city attracts more than 7 million visitors annually. The addition of a more budget-friendly hotel is expected to appeal to tourists seeking value while still enjoying the area’s attractions.
