Auberge Resorts Collection is expanding its portfolio with the introduction of an ultra-luxury property in Colorado, aiming to enhance the après ski experience for guests. The company has announced plans for a new resort in the Rocky Mountains, targeting travelers seeking high-end accommodations and amenities following a day on the slopes.
New Resort to Elevate Mountain Hospitality
The forthcoming resort, set to open in 2026, will be located in the town of Steamboat Springs. Auberge Resorts Collection stated that the property will feature 133 guest rooms and suites, as well as 22 private residences. The development is designed to offer direct access to ski lifts and mountain trails, catering to both winter and summer visitors.
Comprehensive Amenities Planned
According to the company, the resort will include a range of amenities such as a signature restaurant, a spa, an outdoor pool, and event spaces. Auberge Resorts Collection emphasized that the property will focus on après ski offerings, providing guests with opportunities to relax and socialize after skiing.
Strategic Expansion in Colorado
This new project marks Auberge Resorts Collection’s second property in Colorado, joining its existing hotel in Aspen. The company indicated that the expansion aligns with its strategy to grow its presence in key leisure destinations across North America.
Development Timeline and Partners
The resort is being developed in partnership with East West Partners, a real estate and hospitality firm. Construction is expected to begin later this year, with the opening scheduled for 2026. Auberge Resorts Collection noted that the project will create new jobs in the region and contribute to the local economy.
