Sage Hospitality Group has been appointed to manage a new luxury hotel located on the University of Colorado Boulder campus. The property, which is currently under construction, is expected to open its doors in 2025.
The forthcoming hotel will feature 250 guest rooms and suites, along with a range of amenities including a rooftop restaurant, conference facilities, and a fitness center. The establishment aims to provide upscale accommodations for university visitors, alumni, and the Boulder community.
According to Sage Hospitality Group, the hotel will be situated at the intersection of Broadway and University Avenue, offering convenient access to the university’s main campus and nearby attractions. The project is being developed in partnership with the University of Colorado and a private investment group.
